The location is superb in relation to accessing central London, the underground is very close and the bus stop even closer. The close vicinity to Hyde Park is excellent. A really nice area to walk. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was well heated with windows that could be opened for fresh air. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was exactly as described and provided very helpful detailed directions to all amenities.

the room that I was in is huge. I think the biggest and spacious room in London. There was a space for dressing table and sofa. AC works perfectly. House keeping making sure my room is always tidy and clean. Breakfast spread was ok. same spread every day but still good. Location is good. at central London. 5 mins walk to Queensway station, 8 mins walk to bayswater station. easy to find food, al lot of restaurant and fast food outlets nearby. HOPEFULLY THEY WONT INCREASE THE PRICE AFTER THIS GOOD REVIEW. stayed there in December, knowing its holiday season and still one of the cheapest options around Central London

The owner of the apartment is really nice, she even welcome my friend and I before the house, when we arrived at around 22:00. It's quite to live here, and room is big and clean, facilitaties are there with almost everything we need. From the window to look outside, can even see the lake, and of course surrounded by the green mountain, nice view. We even meet a cat, don't know whose cat, but happy to say hello to him/her.

Fantastic location, just next to two underground stops, and Hyde Park. Rooms and hotel are nice, quite renovated. Very quiet, peaceful to sleep and rest. The breakfast is lovely, they have boiled eggs, honey, butter and natural yogurt. I just missed some nuts and fruit. The staff are lovely, quite kind and generous. Very polite. It’s been the best hotel I have stayed lately in London. I will comeback soon.

What I did like, is that I could check in online before getting to the hotel. The Troy hotel wasn't that far from Kensington Gardens. I was nicely welcomed when I first arrived and handed my keycard straight away. My room was on the 3rd floor which I was able to get to easily using the lift or the stairs. My single room was spacious and a comfy bed that I slept well in. There is a fridge but it was my bedside table with a lamp on it. It was continental breakfast and there was plenty to choice from and filled me up for the day. I would stay here again as breakfast was included in the price.

I love the location , the size of bathroom, the level of comfort, the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is included in the rate , though a bit basic. If you will stay for more than three days then you will get bored with the breakfast for sure. there are a lot of good restaurants nearby in the area.

Great staff. Really kind and helpful! Thank you so much. Room is better and larger than it seems on the photos. It was a little cold inside the first day we arrived, but the central heating worked well, and it got ideal soon. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Perfect location near two tube stations and park. Cafes and different stores are nearby. Breakfast is continental (basic), but with good options to choose (several types of cereals, several types of toast bread, several juices, ets).

Breakfast was great.....plenty of choice for a wonderful continental - cereals, pastries, boiled eggs and cheese plus lots of fresh juices, fruit, etc. Room was very comfy but very hot. Staff very pleasant and reception 24/7. Would stay again. thank you

Location was great, was one street away from gas station Waitrose and tube line. Rooms were very clean and had a mini fridge which was really useful. Complimentary tea and creamers were also appreciated.
